Infrared Energy saving High temperature Combustion (HTAC0) is a new combustion technology with enormous energy-saving and environmental protection dual effects. This technology uses a roof changing device to alternately absorb heat from the infrared combustion plate surface, maximizing the recovery of heat from the flue gas, and then heating the combustion air and gas inside the furnace to above 1200 ºC.
Infrared ceramic plate is an infrared plate made of materials such as cordierite, alumina, corundum, zirconia, etc. It generates dry pores inside and efficiently radiates heat energy in the form of far-infrared radiation, avoiding energy loss caused by visible light. It has the advantages of high combustion efficiency, uniform heating, and low smoke emissions. It is an environmentally friendly heating technology and an ideal technology to replace traditional gas combustion technology.
